Pain in the right upper quadrant can be a lot of things, but the first thing that comes to mind of the gallbladder. In the right upper quadrant pain radiating to his back worse with food, especially fried or greasy. Also, 3 F ... Fair, fat, and 40 ... Skin, overweight and at or above 40 ... fit it?
