Not that I'm no expert, but it seems that you are courting someone or something, which obviously constitute a danger for you. The lions are wild animals and as such are inherently dangerous. The fact that I have a clock like a pet that the dream of "you" or not even noticed that the lions are dangerous (ie, ignorant) or not * care * that lions are dangerous (that) stupid or naive. The barn is something that "stable" and has represented the test of time. Perhaps the traditional values, family, religious or spiritual influence. Just my 2 cents.
