Ive had eczema on the thigh for my whole life.

I had eczema all my life, my face, hands, - Nightmare bloody corpse!
I had to work so many creams / ointments, over the years and how you - most seem to connect then with little or no effect.
I like to find out how much money I spent on new and expensive solutions, none of which had any real success - every time someone said something I should try to buy the business for the course '!
In fact, the only thing that gave me a permanent solution for my eczema, is a combination of cream prescribed by a doctor (hydroquortisone in most cases, a stronger steroid cream for the worst bits) and E45 hell of a lot - I absolutely swear by these things, while moisturizing and cheaper is round, bonus!
The problem with creams for eczema is on the area you are trying to dry, it should be used in combination with a very good moisturizer, and E45 is the absolute ideal, because it is so smooth and rich.
Another good option would be tosome Oilatum (or similar) for your bathroom - very sweet and charming, an oil, which gives a great relief.
Hope it could use some help, I know what can be a pain eczema - I hope you soon will. x

I have the same pronlem. Unfortunately, there is no cure for this problem. Creams for just a little, then nothing. I did not go to the doctor, because it is expensive. Good luck!
Since eczema is a systemic problem, the creams are not much, but it feels a little better. You'd better resolve to find an alternative practitioner, systemic problems. It may be clarified by this approach.
